solid snake

Solid Snake (F-type).
A companion toLady Linka.

Snake is always well filled-out, with so much detail put into his muscle definition it's kind of ridiculous.
I thought his female counterpart should probably be represented similarly, but I toned it down a little -believe it or not!
I think there's something wonderful about the 'harry high-pants' aesthetic of the original Metal Gear Solid artwork, hence the unnecessarily long fly on her trousers.

I had a friend who had a friend who worked at a Canadian Airport. He was one of those security/immigration guys who checks your passport when you come into the country. Anyway, David Hayter--the voice of Solid Snake--came through his line-up one day. The passport officer noticed the name on the passport and asked Hayter, "You don't happen to do voices for video games do you?"

"As a matter of fact, I do," Hayter said in "Snake's voice." The passport officer went wild.

One other bit of trivia. Did you know David Hayter also wrote the script for the first X-men movie directed by Brian Singer?
